Grandfield Media is a digital products and software business based in Hyderabad, India, selling to customers around the world.
Who we are
Grandfield Media™ builds software and digital products and sells them directly to the people who use them. We are a small, founder-led team operating from Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and our customers are worldwide.
Everything we sell, we made. We write the code, design the product, run the servers, handle the support inbox, and own the intellectual property. There is no reselling, no third-party inventory and no physical shipping in our business.
What we build
Our current flagship product is MakeMySiteToday, a website builder for people who are not web designers. A customer picks a design, types in their details, and a real website goes live on their own .com domain in about a minute. The domain registration, hosting and delivery are all part of the product.
Alongside it we develop and publish other digital products: web applications, digital books and guides, courses, templates and creative assets. Each product is published on its own site with its own pricing, terms and refund policy.
We also work directly for small businesses through GrandFieldAgency, our services brand: ecommerce store listings and management, website building and maintenance, business setup services, and data entry and cleanup. Agency work is quoted in writing, checked before delivery, and contracted by Grandfield Media Private Limited.
How we work
- We own what we sell. Our products are original work, and the intellectual property in them belongs to us or is properly licensed.
- We publish our terms before we take money. Pricing, delivery and refund rules are on the page, in plain language, before a customer is asked to pay.
- We deliver digitally and immediately. Nothing we sell requires physical shipping. Access is granted automatically once payment succeeds.
- We use licensed payment providers. We never handle or store card numbers ourselves.
- We use AI as a tool, not a product claim. AI helps us research, draft and build faster. The products and the responsibility for them are ours.
