Beyond our flagship software we create and sell other original digital goods. These are published and sold on their own sites, each with its own pricing and policies:

• Web applications and tools — software we build, host and operate ourselves.
• Digital books and guides — written and published under our own imprints, delivered as instant downloads.
• Online courses — structured lessons delivered online, with access granted immediately after purchase.
• Templates, prompt packs and creative assets — ready-to-use files licensed to the buyer for their own work.

Alongside the products we build and sell, we work directly for other businesses through GrandFieldAgency, the services brand of Grandfield Media Private Limited. A trained, supervised team carries out structured, repetitive digital work for clients, in four areas:

• Ecommerce store listings and management — product upload and variants, catalogue fixes, inventory and pricing updates, order and return processing, customer enquiry replies from approved templates, invoice entry, weekly reports and competitor research for Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and WooCommerce stores.
• Website building and maintenance — small business websites, landing pages, content upload, WordPress support, content migration, routine updates, quality checks and ongoing maintenance.
• Business setup services — Google Business Profile, Shopify and WooCommerce store setup, marketplace seller listings, and business email and domain setup.
• Data entry and cleanup — spreadsheet and data entry, document conversion, data cleaning, verification, CRM updates, file organization, transcription and data annotation.

Agency work is sold differently from our products. Nothing is bought from a page: a client sends the requirement, we reply with a written quote stating scope, price and delivery date, and work begins only once that quote is approved. Deliverables are checked by a second person before they are returned. Every agency contract, invoice and payment is with Grandfield Media Private Limited, and the full service list is published at grandfieldagency.com/services.

How a purchase works

1. The customer chooses a product on that product's own website and sees the full price, in their currency, before paying.
2. Payment is taken by a licensed payment provider. We never see or store card details.
3. Delivery is digital and automatic: access, download or the live website is provided immediately on successful payment.
4. A receipt and confirmation are emailed to the customer.
5. Support and refund requests are handled by email, under the published policy for that product.
