The short version: this corporate website uses no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our products use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser on the next request. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. This policy covers both.
2. Cookies on this website
This corporate site, https://grandfieldmedia.com, is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies and no third-party marketing pixels.
3. Cookies in our products
| Type | What it does | Can you refuse it |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in, remembers what is in your cart or draft, and protects against forged requests | No — without these the product cannot work |
| Security | Detects abusive traffic and protects accounts from unauthorised access | No — these protect you and other customers |
| Preferences | Remembers choices such as language or display settings | Yes — the product still works, but forgets your choices |
| Analytics | Counts visits and pages in aggregate so we can see what needs fixing | Yes — refusing has no effect on how the product works for you |
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertising networks.
4. Third-party cookies
Where a payment is taken, the payment provider may set its own cookies on its own checkout page to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud. That processing is governed by the provider's own cookie and privacy policies.
5. How to control cookies
- Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings, either for all sites or for one site.
- Browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that discards cookies when you close the window.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of a product from working, including signing in.
6. Do Not Track
We do not track users across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal does not change what we do. We honour its intent by default.
7. Changes to this policy
If we start using a new category of cookie, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
